Don’t Read this You’ll Get Motivated

I’m writing a live incident happened in recent past in my hostel to one of my friend. We stayed in hostel together for almost 3 years .He is a normal , simple and versatile guy without any showoffs. All he had is the support from friends rather than his parents. Physically he is lean but he got tremendous will power. He believed in the word “God Created Human in His Own Image” .If anyone makes fun of his personality he uses to say “God I like Me”.

He did his MBA and undergone training in SAP (Fico). He was a smart learner and made many alterations in programming to reduce complexity to understand. Many of his friends came to hostel to clarify their doubts. He was very patient enough to listen to their doubts make them understand with appropriate examples. Every one applauded him and said that he’s going to get Job in top MNC with Very good package. But it never happened.

He always wants to be different from others. He attended more than 43 interviews to get into the field that he choosen. But he didn’t clear even a single interview. After completion of every interview he was pretty confident that he going to crack the Job but he didn’t. This continued for about 2.5 years.

He had a tough time where many underestimated him and use to say having a technical knowledge is not enough to crack it you should able to speak good English. He took words and started improving his English. Though he was working all skills but Fate always pulled him down.

Mean while he lost financial support from their parents and at that moment only friends was his support and this ignited his zeal to crack an offer. All others even me got into a company and started earning.

His passion on SAP was pretty appreciable and he stood firm on it .One of his friend namely BHASKER called him and said start now to Mumbai here we got jobs and we’ll support you. He was preparing to start to Mumbai a call with bomb shell message rang up. He lost his mother.

This was a heart moving situation, one side his career and other side his mother. But he chooses the one who gave birth and brought him onto the Earth. Always he use to say me I want to make my mother happy and one day she should feel proud about me .All his dreams was about to vanish but his will power and the promise made to his mother remind him to take the problems.

Anyhow he completed all formalities of funeral and came back to Hyderabad. Nobody can console his grief .He converted all pain into weapon and with a ray of hope started to Mumbai for about six months vadapav was his all day dining.

After 6 months he got into a startup as accountant and he never erased his passion from his mind, meanwhile he was happy with the job .One fine he got a call saying its very peak time for you please look for any other job. He called me and said the same, final word was “A going to show the taste of success to failure”.

He started practicing for more than 18 hours and as time changes we too got busy with our own jobs. One day I came online and started chatting with him and we had a casual talk. He said I got job with package 5.25L very simply with normal tone. I here started dancing, calling all my friends and informed about all the thing happened to him. Now he is a Consultant.

He attended more than 50 interview .Every where he got rejection and people made fun of him.

Finally he fulfilled his word by showing “Taste of Success for failure”.
Now it’s your turn to prove yourself and full spirit in many people who lost hope.

With love
Sanjay Samuel
